Name/Nicknames: Katherine Alyssa Schmidt//Kat
Age/Birthdate: Eighteen//October 23
Occupation/Education: High School Student - Senior
Nationality/Religion: English//Undecided (Her family is Protestant but she is struggling with faith, especially after their move to NY)
Hobbies/Talents: Shopping, Hanging with Friends//Stunning Singing Voice
Height/Weight: Around 5'4"//Approximately 121 pounds
General Appearance: Katherine is a modestly attractive girl, having acquired much of her physical beauty from her mother. However, she is by no means what you would call a ‘stunning’ beauty; she possesses more of that ‘girl-next-door’ charm. Perhaps the most vivid aspect of her physical appearance, furthermore, would have to be her eyes. A deep shade of hazel, they retain a rather haunting presence and immediately capture the attention of anyone who gazes into them.
Her hair, an attractive shade of chestnut brown, usually cascades elegantly over her shoulders, extending just slightly over them. It is naturally wavy, something that many girls have over the years been quite envious of. Katherine personally doesn’t understand their jealous sentiments, for she would rather have straight hair herself. Also inviting their envy is the fact that her hair in addition possesses an almost unnatural sheen, a radiance that immediately attracts the attention of any onlooker.
Smoke/Drink: No to the smoking, although she will occasionally indulge herself in alcohol.
Family/Friends: Father - Age 42 - Neurologist
Mother - Age 44 - Pediatrician
Sister - Age 16 - Junior
Twin Brothers - Age 14 - Freshman
Friends - "The Clique" - Alexa Flannery, Taylor Dear, Jillian Onassis and Sage Lambert
Personality/History: Katherine, just as she is with her physical appearance, is very modest. A conservative girl, she is naïve to the ways of the 'Clique', especially as she was not accustomed to such ways growing up. She moved from a small suburban town in Virginia to the Upper East Side of Manhattan when her father was transferred to a New York hospital for his job; thus, the popularity she acquires per invitation to the 'Clique' is rather unexpected and greeted with bewilderment. As time progresses, however, Kat finds herself learning their ways rather rapidly and finding her own place amongst them.
Ironically enough, Katherine finds solace in her new position. The simple allure of high status had always existed, but Kat had never dreamed that she would have ever received such an opportunity. Especially when she lived in such a small suburban town, popularity seemed an unattainable ambiguity. Now that she has been exposed to what she thought impossible, there's no going back.
After all, she was raised in a chaotic environment where attention was not always focused on her. With two twin brothers and a younger sister, Katherine more often than not found herself responsible for caring her siblings. Even with her benevolent disposition, babysitting situations tended to take a negative turn; Kat, by default, received the brunt of any reprimanding her parents did when they returned. The maturing teenager was already harboring doubts when it came to self-esteem, and these fights left her feeling ostracized. It seemed that she was even unpopular with her own family. School was also a social struggle for Katherine. Although she attended a sparsely populated public school, her quiet and conservative nature prohibited her status from increasing.
When she was fourteen, however, Katherine met her first real friend that broken through her shell of modesty. Felicity Worthington was the girl's name, a blonde beauty from Florida. Why someone would want to leave the sunny realms of the keys to move to Virginia was beyond Kat, but she was glad that Felicity had. For the first time, someone had taken it upon themselves to approach her, and that mere action caused Katherine to open up. It soon became noticeable in everything that she did - even the most miniscule detail such as a smile gracing her face more often. When her father told her that they were moving to New York the summer before her senior year, Katherine was crushed. She had just met the one person around which she could truly be herself, and she was now being callously ripped away from her. Fate almost seemed cruel, yet after a teary-eyed goodbye, the Schmidts departed for New York.
That's where Katherine's story continues - in the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Fortunately for her, she has been admitted into a select social group known as the 'Clique'; the four other girls have become her closest friends and have so far taken her under their wing. Katherine is naturally conservative, yet is rapidly learning the ways of the 'Clique' and city life. Also, as she has come to New York and Manhattan, Katherine has developed more of a liking of the opposite sex. Growing up, she never really crushed on guys, yet has found herself attracted to some of the males in her new residence, namely Jeremy.

Susan flopped down on the drab bedspread that covered the four-poster mahogany bed in the room, one of four. The beds occupied a fair portion of the room that the Pevensie children - Susan, Peter, Edmund and Lucy - were temporarily sharing. Cast away by the horrors of war, the children were convinced that the fighting would cease sometime in the near future and they would be allowed to return home. Susan's thoughts were already clouded with thoughts of their mother, a kind woman whom had sent her children away to procure their well-being. She sacrificed being with them for the sake of procuring their safety, and all four of the Pevensie children missed her. Yet for now, they had to be content with being confined to the Professor's large estate with its strict rules and rather frightening housekeeper, Mrs. Macready.
It was because of this housekeeper that Susan found herself idly plopping down on her bed. Rain was pouring down outside, precipitation that was much better viewed from the safety of behind a window pane. Thus, the four Pensevie siblings could not entertain themselves by engaging in outdoors recreational activities; that is unless they were inclined to becoming soaking wet. Susan didn't find that concept entirely appealing as did the others, so they remained lying in silence, gazing at the walls as they each attempted to think of something to do. In such a large establishment, one would think that that would be an easy task. However, the strict rules of the household forebade many of the activities that would provide any semblance of entertainment for the four.
Reaching under the skirt of her bed, Susan withdrew a rather large volume of text. "Anyone up for a game?" she inquired, flipping open the book to a random page. It really wouldn't be the most entertaining of games, but it was something to do nevertheless. Receiving blank stares from her brothers and sister, she sighed and let her eyes scan the page upon which the book was open. Finally finding something that constituted as her minimum standards, Susan cleared her throat. "Alright then...I'll read a word and you guess the definition." This sentiment was met with slight groans and rolled eyes. "Gastrovascular."
